Think Excellence Academy is a leadership and career exploration program that inspires emerging leaders to take charge of their economic futures by developing leadership skills through hands-on experience and expanding their career path knowledge.
Youth from underserved communities often face a shortage of key leadership skills and career exploration.
Think Excellence Academy, for ambitious students aged 14-18, unlocks unique opportunities in influential career fields and networking. We foster leadership qualities, guiding each student towards wise, confident choices for their educational and future career paths.
Our approach at the Academy is hands-on and practical. Youth need early exposure to diverse career paths, real-world work experiences, and opportunities to build leadership skills – crucial for success beyond high school.

Community Workforce Development Lab
This innovative experience enables young adults to simulate their career paths through an interactive decision-making lab. It incorporates elements of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics, with industry professionals and educational leaders providing insights. We prioritize understanding and uplifting emerging leaders, particularly those facing challenges, by adapting to their needs and embracing community feedback, including that from parents and educators.
